Katherine is the Interim Chief Executive Officer for the Texas Health Services Authority with a focus on cross-industry facilitation of secure electronic exchange of health information.  She is a published author and speaks nationally on interoperability, sharing her commitment to trusted information flow.   She has held national positions including President of AHIMA and is currently Board Chair for DirectTrust.  Katherine is a passionate advocate for leveraging technology as a stabilizing force within the healthcare ecosystem.  The  THSA Texas Interoperability Collaborative creates a platform for stakeholders to remove interoperability barriers – And they are doing just that!
